Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Critical Role Hiring

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for critical roles across APAC countries and the Regional Office.
• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to clarify needs, manage expectations, and deliver strong hiring outcomes.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with Talent Acquisition and employer branding standards.

TA Programs Enablement & Adoption

• Support the rollout and embedding of regional Talent Acquisition initiatives, programs, and tools across APAC.
• Design and deliver change management and adoption activities, including stakeholder communications, training coordination, learning materials, practical guidance, FAQs, and user support.
• Act as an enablement partner to recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring initiatives are understood and consistently applied.

Toolkits, Capability & Experience Enablement

• Translate Talent Acquisition frameworks and standards into practical toolkits and resources for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Support capability building, experience simplification, and behavioural adoption.
• Identify pain points and recommend pragmatic improvements to recruiter and hiring manager journeys.

ATS / CRM Adoption & Change Support

• Support ATS and CRM adoption from a user experience and capability perspective.
• Partner with TA Operations and Systems teams to identify adoption barriers, support user behaviour change, and capture feedback for continuous improvement.

Localisation, Insights & Continuous Improvement

• Support localisation of Talent Acquisition initiatives across APAC markets while maintaining regional alignment.
• Capture insights from hiring delivery, tool and process adoption, and recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate feedback.
• Provide structured feedback to support data-informed improvements to Talent Acquisition programs and practices.

Employer Branding Initiatives & Campaigns

• Support the execution and rollout of employer branding initiatives aligned with APAC hiring priorities and target talent segments.
• Enable recruiters and hiring managers to effectively leverage employer branding assets through guidance, toolkits, and best-practice examples.
• Partner with Communications, Marketing, and DEIB stakeholders to ensure consistent employer branding across markets and hiring activities.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Post-graduate qualification or professional HR / TA certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or local HR accreditation) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Qualified in Assessment Tools.
• 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR programs, with a strong focus on recruitment delivery.
• Exposure to regional or multi-country environments and the ability to navigate differing levels of TA maturity.

Key Skills & Experience

• End-to-end recruitment delivery for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Recruitment program enablement and rollout execution.
• Change management and adoption of TA initiatives and tools (ATS/CRM).
• Stakeholder influencing without direct authority (hiring managers, HRBPs, recruiters).
• Translation of TA frameworks into practical recruiter and manager toolkits.
• Advanced sourcing and market engagement capabilities.
• Recruiter and hiring manager experience optimisation.
• Multi-market / regional working capability (APAC context).
• Insight generation from hiring delivery and adoption feedback.
• Strong prioritisation, delivery focus, and execution discipline.
