We are seeking a visionary Global Director Robotics – Accelerated Digitalization & Automation to lead the scale-up and global deployment of robotics and advanced operational technologies across our supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital future—driving product innovation, industrialization, and adoption at pace while collaborating with senior stakeholders to transform how we operate. You will lead high-impact initiatives that accelerate automation, unlock efficiency, and deliver scalable, “plug-and-play” solutions across a global network.
Your Key Accountabilities Include:
- Lead the global productization, scaling, and deployment of robotics and automation solutions, ensuring efficient adoption across operations.
- Identify, assess, and partner with technology vendors and innovation ecosystems to bring cutting-edge solutions into the organisation.
- Govern and continuously improve the Accelerated Digitalization & Automation technology productization framework, enabling rapid transition from proof-of-concept to industrialized, scalable products.
- Collaborate with global, regional, and site leadership to define and execute high-impact deployment strategies and monitor performance against SLAs.
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, including vendor governance, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Shape and evolve target operating models (people, process, tools) while representing digital innovation strategy in senior forums, customer engagements, and industry events.
What Are We Looking For From You:
- Strong leadership experience managing high-performing, globally distributed teams in robotics, automation, or digital product environments.
- Deep expertise across logistics operations and supply chain environments, combined with strong technology knowledge (robotics, automation, AI, analytics).
- Proven track record in product management, program delivery, and large-scale technology deployments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders, partners, and customers globally.
- Strong commercial and vendor management capability, including performance optimisation, governance, and strategic partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree required (master’s preferred) with significant experience across logistics, technology, and programme leadership environments.
