Job Description:
Develop, manage, direct and control the country HR function, with the objective of delivering the full range of HR services in order to achieve the most effective and efficient use of human resources to support business growth. This in accordance with business strategy and Corporate HR strategies, policies and programs as well as local legal / fiscal framework.

Key activities:
- Design, implement and monitor the local HR strategy within overall Global / Regional business context
- Oversee the team with a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, L&D, C&B, employee relations, office administration, budgeting, performance management, etc
- Implement and adapt at country level policies, in line with Global/Regional guidelines
- Advise, influence and support the Country Manager and line managers in HR-related issues.
- Ensure an efficient and timely personnel and payroll administration services, in compliance with the local labour laws/contracts and any collective agreements.
- Maintain regular relationships with authorities and unions.
