Responsibilities

Plan, assign, and monitor daily training activities to ensure timely completion of learning and operational development goals.

Deliver hands-on training sessions to team members, covering SOPs, material handling, workflow accuracy, and warehouse efficiency.

Coach and mentor employees through on-the-job training, reinforcing skills and building confidence in operational tasks.

Supervise trainees and team members, ensuring adherence to training standards, safety protocols, and organizational procedures.

Conduct periodic skill assessments and knowledge checks, supporting inventory reconciliation and operational accuracy.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment that fosters effective learning and discipline.

Prepare training reports and progress updates using MS Excel and other MS Office tools to track development outcomes.

Support employee onboarding and continuous skills development, tailoring training programs to individual and team needs.

Ensure compliance with safety, material handling, and traceability standards during both training and live operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders (operations, HR, and management) to align training initiatives with overall organizational goals.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4 year course or program
- At least 1 year of experience in 3PL or warehouse settings
- With working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- With proven leadership skills and experience in managing or guiding a team.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to be assigned in DHL Maguyam, Silang, Cavite
