Pay Rate: £27,193 plus 12% nightshift premium

Shift patterns: Working Monday to Friday, 10pm-6am

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Manage and run the load board operation to ensure all orders are processed and despatched within agreed timelines
• Liaise effectively with drivers, the admin team, first line managers, shift managers, and the transport department
• Monitor and support the shift to ensure service delivery meets KPI targets and customer SLAs
• Identify and escalate any issues that could impact service or performance
• Maintain accurate system updates and records

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous administration or warehouse administration experience is essential
• Strong IT literacy, with experience using JDA / Blue Yonder systems advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
