Position: Group Lead Repack

Shift: First Shift

Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday 5:00am-3:30pm

Pay: $21.00

Core Duties:

  • Delegates work orders to the team from leadership throughout the week as needed.
  • Weighs and transfer materials back to other plants when incorrectly shipped to DT in transportation re-routing by partnering with the CSRs and supervisor daily.
  • Logs non-conforming inventory into spreadsheets for customer action as needed.
  • Troubleshoots equipment and access needs for the team by partnering with leadership.
  • Communicates trailer needs for storage purposes to CSRs and leadership.
  • Modify trailer notes in BY to align with operational compliance daily.
  • Attends tactical meetings to gather operational updates for pivots in planning.
  • Train clerks, operators, and receivers properly to perform job duties according to SOPs. Attention to the Kohler brand aesthetics of product quality and systematic processes.??
  • Tracks productivity of all clerks, FLOs and PK1 associates on tactical spreadsheets prior to meetings.?
  • Separates office purchases and deliveries, then logs and email confirmation of arrival.?
  • Use proper filing techniques to keep track of billings and invoices.?
  • Use Excel workbooks to export, filter and log the team’s performance daily into shared drive for weekly reports.?
  • Plans and organizes daily operations & special projects.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
  • Six months warehouse experience, preferred
  • Six months forklift operation experience

Role Purpose:

Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct training for new associates.
  • Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
  • Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.
  • Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
  • Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
  • Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
  • Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Required Education and Experience:

  • 6-12 months warehouse experience
  • 6-12 months forklift operation experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
