Position Summary:

Sort Control Business Analyst – Collaborate with Sort Operations, Sort Maintenance and IT to optimize package sorting systems to increase productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor automated sorting systems to identify sorting issues
• Clear understanding of the DHL CVG Hub to address auto-sort issues via radio in a timely manner
• Preform pre-sort checks nightly to ensure all sorting systems are ready prior to the sort operation
• Ability to analyze data to troubleshoot/mitigate impacts to sort operations
• Understanding of SATS, HMI and Mash zone dashboard

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• College degree or Equivalent operations experience

Experience:

· Strong understanding of operations, great verbal and written documentation

Skills:

• · Proficient in SATS.
• · Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail to clearly communicate via DHL radio system
• · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• · Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• · Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• · Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• · Flexibility to work PM shifts and adapt to operational requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of DHL programs (SATS, HMI and Mash zone dashboard)
