DHL Express Laos Sole Company Limited is looking for motivated persons to fill its vacancy of the Collector.

Collector: 01 Position

Work location: Vientiane Capital

• Actively promote and ensure DHL trading terms and conditions are adhered to by customers

• Monitor customer credit limits and take appropriate actions when thresholds are exceeded

• Maximize collection effectiveness from customers in a timely and professional manner

• Drive debt collection activities, including direct customer interactions and visits when required

• Communicate with corporate customers to follow up on overdue payments

• Maintain accurate daily collection records and prepare regular reports

• Monitor credit accounts and escalate delinquent cases to the Team Leader for review and action

• Coordinate resolution of sales and customs disputes according to escalation procedures

• Contribute knowledge and expertise to resolve recurring billing issues

• Diploma in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in credit control or accounting with customer interface exposure

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to influence decisions and actions without direct authority

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Good command of English (written and spoken)
