What Will We Do Together?
  • Manage all business-related activities at the site, including warehousing operations, contractual obligations, KPIs, and financial performance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Take full ownership of site performance, including operational results, budget management, cost control, and achievement of business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational development while leading, coaching, and developing a team of managers.
  • Build and strengthen long-term customer partnerships by providing strategic insights, negotiating solutions, and supporting customer growth.
  • Collaborate proactively with customers to review operational performance, budgets, and future development plans, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs.
  • Lead change and transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by providing support, resources, and development opportunities for your team.
Who Are We Looking For?
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing logistics operations in a Site Manager or Operations Manager role.
  • Proven experience in leading management teams, developing leadership capabilities, and building succession plans.
  • Demonstrated success in launching new logistics operations and managing start-up/ramp-up projects.
  • Strong ability to define and execute operational and customer growth strategies while maintaining full ownership of business results.
  • Proven track record in contract negotiations, commercial renegotiations, and building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
  • Experience in preparing budgets, forecasts, and investment business cases.
  • Strong financial acumen, including responsibility for budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Experience leading transformation projects, organizational change initiatives, and Continuous Improvement programs.
  • Strong project management skills with a passion for driving innovation and implementing operational efficiency improvements.
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments and successfully manage crisis situations.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
Nice to have:
  • Experience working with clients in the premium retail, beauty, fashion, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Experience in a multi-user warehousing environment.
  • Involvement in warehouse automation projects and implementation of new technologies.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and/or hands-on experience applying Lean methodologies.
