Introduction
Being specialized in alcoholic beverages, we offer a full range of transportation services and options, from full container loads to groupage shipments, from large volumes of bulk wine to small consignments via airfreight. Our logistics services enable our customers to transport exactly what they want, when they want, in a cost-effective and reliable way.

Currently, we are looking for an integration analyst to help us expand our B2B integration services to many new partners/customers. In this role, you will join our integration team consisting of 7 people performing analysis, development, and testing. This team is self-sufficient and works closely with Product Owners to build integrations based on business priorities.

To be successful as an integration analyst you must be very analytical, and great in collaborating with peers internally but also externally. Also, you thrive on thinking of solutions to integration challenges.

What will you do?

Besides a hands-on approach, we value your input, advice, and expertise for:

  • work closely with the Product Owner to start up new integration initiatives with partners/customers
  • Analyzing and modeling the new process and designs
  • Define mappings between various message-formats
  • Translating business requirements into clear functional designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Acting as the functional link between business stakeholders and the development team
  • Supporting the prioritization and refinement of the product backlog
  • Defining business rules, workflows, and data requirements
  • Supporting developers and testers by clarifying functional behavior and validating solutions
  • Identifying opportunities for process optimization and system improvements

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Informatics or IT-related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in integrating systems and customers and partners
  • Strong experience in:
    • Requirements gathering and analysis
    • Functional design and specification
    • UML use cases
  • Ability to drive discussions with Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify functional needs
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
  • Preferably experience in:
    • Protocols like X12, EDIFACT, XML
    • Integration tools like BizTalk or equivalent
    • The logistics or transportation industry
  • Very good command of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Currently living in The Netherlands within a normal commute of Haarlem
