Job purpose:
Act as interface to the customer for all Program management related activities and drive growth by increasing retention and identifying opportunities. Improve customer experience with DHL as facilitator between the customer and DGF product & operations in the countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct customer value (Standard Activity)
· Preparation, participation & follow-up of Customer Business Review Meetings (QBR/MBR’s)
· Central reporting desk per Customer including all products
· Manage data quality issues, investigate and insure proper response on customer complaints
· Drive process improvement activities together with the customer (“First Choice” tools)
· Support customer projects, manage Value Creation programs (Cost, Optimization, etc.)
· Support Customer implementation projects with business knowledge
Internal enablers (Standard Activity)
· Driving Report Standardization, automatization, simplification
· Manage SOP creation of Customer reports and hand over process /training to GSC, follow up on the report quality after the handover
· Technical integration projects : Support IT project manager with the business knowledge
· Support implementation of additional lanes/ additional lanes quotes
Business Turnaround / Customer Stabilization (Exceptional Activity for a limited period)
· Manage crucial operational/customer service tasks on interim basis
· Support on re-implementation tasks
· Supporting Account Receivables management (data etc.) or exceptional audits
Key capabilities/Competencies:

· Excellent MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint
· Strong in communications
· Good spoken & written English skills
· Basic DGF product and process knowledge
· Reporting system: FRP Basic knowledge, MyDHLi
· Working knowledge in CW1 is an advantage
· 2-3 years of work experience (or relevant education level), preferably in a transportation, logistics, operations or customer facing environment
· Degree in Business/ Logistics/Supply Chain/Information Technology (preferred)
· Supplementary: „First Choice” Bronze certification
· Supplementary: Visual Basic, Excel & Logis Macros is an advantage
