YOUR TASKS
· Provide customer oriented service at all times relating to specific sales issues.
· Generate and distribute sales proposals and presentations to all customers according to process and procedures established by the sales support team.
· Prepare customer proposals and customer presentations
· Prepare and present information to ensure that sales incentives, rewards and recognition programs are managed professionally
· Undertake any assignments as determined by the Area Sales Manager.
· Provide support in processing the of sales reward and recognition programmes
· Assist in the computation of sales incentive payout
· Provide support to all members of the sales team (TSE, FSE, MAE) to ensure efficient service is provided to the customers in the sales territory.
· Interface with various internal DHL departments (Customer Accounting, Customer Service, Customer Care and Customer Interface groups) to ensure enhanced customer care.
· Close liaison with station managers to ensure full, cost effective service to customers is maintained.
· Where necessary, raise relevant paperwork for the main customer database ensuring customer information is available throughout the organisation
· Complete activity reports to measure individual/department effectiveness.
· Complete daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to measure productivity of the sales team for the Sales Managers.
· Administer the opening of new accounts, termination, re-activation and renewal of accounts.
· Adhere to regional standards on profit margins and discount guidelines.
Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
  • 1-2 years experience in sales admin role or logistics industry.
  • Skills: good command of communication with stakeholders, self management
  • Language: Vietnamese, and English.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
