We are looking for a full timeSpecialist HR Management (d/f/m) in Bonn, who will join the HR team at DHL Data & AI as soon as possible.
What you will do
- Support the full range of HR management topics and provide high-quality HR services to employees, including onboarding, ad-hoc requests, people conferences, the annual bonus and salary review process, and out-phasing procedures.
- Independently prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, employment certificates and reference letters, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to legal requirements.
- Maintain and improve HR data quality by updating working lists and systems, conducting structured analyses, and preparing clear reports and dashboards for HR and management decision-making.
- Work confidently with HR data in Excel and Power BI, identifying patterns, translating data into practical insights, and supporting continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Identify support needs and manage relevant relationships with specialist departments.
- Act as a key liaison with Payroll, employee relations and legal counsel to ensure seamless coordination, accurate processing of HR-related information, and reliable data handovers.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support the implementation of various initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Prior experience in administration and contract management or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; willingness and ability to work with Power BI is expected.
- Fluency in English and German required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, combined with a structured, analytical mindset and the confidence to work with data and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
