Responsibilities

• Lead team members to ensure sustained and/or delivery of service
• Monitor team and individual performance through PDs and systems and provide appropriate feedback through PDs / 121s
• Assess team performance on hourly basis or as often as needed to keep the team on track against target and/or action plans
• Assess work load or shipment downloads against team’s capacity and productivity rate
• Initiates appropriate action plans or coordination to meet targets
• Ensures that picked and packed items tally with the system / inventory as to: Description, Item Code, Code Dates, Quantity and Quality and processed on time
• Collaborate with Operations Supervisor regarding matters that will hamper and/or impede team efficiency
• Ensures shipment timeliness against appointment time and shipment accuracy Oversee actual truck loading of stocks for shutting and unloading of
• truck when receiving.
• Efficiently allocate available resources based on shipment plan and operational priorities
• Identify individual performance measures, conduct regular review, and provide timely feedback
• Support individual training and development

Requirements

• With at least 2 solid years of experience in a third (3rd) party logistics or warehouse environment
• Bachelor’s degree holder or with equivalent experience
• Can lead a team and can communicate with all levels
