Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and analysis for Inbound process in transactional and handling
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring problems and report to immediate supervisors on findings
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SU, IT, PE, QA, operations) to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
• Monitor incident trends and recommend process or system improvements to prevent future occurrences.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in handling warehouse inventory.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Process improvement mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data validation, power queries).
• Experience in using SAP S4 Hana is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
• Willing to be assigned in Maguyam, Cavite.
