What You’ll Do
Be the first impression hero for DHL customers—friendly, professional, and solution-driven.
Handle bookings, shipment tracking, and inquiries like a pro.
Use your creativity to solve problems and suggest better ways to serve customers.
Spot opportunities to upsell value-added services (think insurance, express options).
Collaborate with operations and other teams to keep things moving smoothly.
Bring energy and adaptability—because change is how we stay Best in Class.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in a contact centre or telesales environment (bonus if you’ve worked with email, live chat, or social media).
Top-notch communication, problem-solving, and tech confidence.
Team player, calm under pressure, and ready to learn.
Matric required; diploma or degree is a plus.
