Your Role
This role is ideal for a hands-on IT leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer support, leading operational teams, and ensuring employees have the technology and support they need to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the local IT team, ensuring excellent service delivery to all BCC staff.
- Act as the primary escalation point for IT service issues and customer concerns.
- Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently through effective coordination with support teams.
- Lead major incident management and stakeholder communications to minimize business impact.
- Drive service quality improvements through trend analysis, reporting, and Continuous Service Improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with DHL IT standards, governance requirements, and quality management processes.
- Oversee warehouse IT infrastructure and ensure standardized, reliable, and well-documented solutions.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and global IT teams to continuously improve the user experience and support model.
What We Are Looking For
- University or college degree in IT or a related field.
- Strong experience in IT Service Management, Infrastructure Operations, or Technical Support leadership.
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently while leading and supporting teams.
- Strong customer focus and service-oriented mindset.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
