What you will be responsible for
- Leading daily warehouse operations and related support functions within a newly launched retail project
- Ensuring high safety standards (HSE) and promoting a strong safety culture across the operation
- Managing, motivating, and developing a larger team, including frontline managers and supervisors
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Monitoring and reporting performance to senior management and the customer
- Owning contractual KPIs and making sure targets are consistently met
- Taking responsibility for financial performance, including cost control and budgeting
- Planning resources, tracking forecast changes, and adjusting operational plans accordingly
What we expect
- Proven experience managing larger operational teams in logistics, production, or a similar environment
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and performance management (KPIs, productivity, cost)
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to develop people and build a strong team culture
- Ability to communicate confidently in English on a daily basis
- Good analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Solid user knowledge of MS Office tools
- Driving licence (category B)
