Job Purpose 职位宗旨
  • In order to ensure the feasibility of paying and drawback tax in time, by the means of tax management, establish favour citizen image for company in society.
  • 为了保证公司纳税申报及退税工作的及时有效,以税收管理手段,树立公司良好的公民形象。
  • Provide tax compliance services and consultation to help clients manage and mitigate risk, meet compliance obligations and statutory requirements, and realize business goals.
  • 提供税务合规服务和咨询,以帮助客户管理和降低风险,履行合规义务和法定要求,并实现业务目标。
  • Acts as advanced tax Expert to deliver a high quality service experience to drive business success.

Key Accountabilities 主要工作职责
  • Assist manager to develop the company's tax policy based on the latest tax laws, assess any potential tax risks, propose relevant solutions, make appropriate decisions in a timely manner based on accurate analysis and experience, and support management decision-making.
  • 配合上级经理根据最新税法制定公司税务政策,评估任何潜在的税务风险,提出相关解决措施,根据准确分析和经验及时做出恰当决策以及支持管理层决策。
  • Participation in and follow-up on group projects, coordinating resources effectively to ensure that global, regional, and national projects are advanced in a timely manner, implemented effectively, and deliver results.
  • 集团项目的参与和跟进,合理协调资源,确保全球性、地区性以及全国性的项目及时推进、有效实施并递交成果。
  • Conduct timely, clear, and accurate tax-related communications both internally and externally in branch level, including but not limited to tax issues from tax authorities, suppliers, customers, and functions. Identify issues through effective communication, reach consensus, seek solutions, and implement them.
  • 带领团队及时、清楚并准确地进行分公司层面对内对外的涉税沟通,包括不限于来自税务机关、供应商、客户以及职能的涉税问题。通过有效沟通识别问题,达成共识,寻求解决方案并落地执行。
  • Aim to improving work quality and efficiency, continuously enhance, reform, optimize, and innovate tax-related work to achieve breakthroughs and deliver outstanding results.
  • 提高工作质量和效率为目标,持续对税务工作进行完善、改革、优化以及创新,从而突破创新并实现递交卓越成果。
  • Lead the team to ensure that tax operations at the branch level comply with internal and external compliance requirements
  • 带领团队,确保分公司层面税务操作符合内外部合规要求
Requirements for the Job 职位要求
  • Degree in Finance or Tax related major, or above
  • 税收类或相关财会专业本科以上学历(主修课程应包含税收相关)
  • 10 years or above relevant experience in Tax management inside of enterprise or 5 years in professional firms ( auditing, Tax)
  • 10年或以上企业税务管理方面的相关经验或5年专业会计师事务所方面的经验。
  • Experience in managing teams of 5 or more people
  • 5人以上团队管理经验
  • Professional firms experience is preferred.
  • 有CPA、ACCA或同等税务专业资质者优先。
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • 良好的英文和普通话,包括口语和书面
  • Experience in logistics or relevant industry (preferable)
  • 物流行业或相关行业工作经验(优先考虑)
