Your work as a Process Engineer
At our site in Holtum, you are responsible for supporting multiple improvement initiatives. You report on project progress and initiate improvements to optimize quality.
You analyze project progress and engage with colleagues on the work floor to assess the current situation. Based on this, you define a desired future state, which you will implement and continuously refine in collaboration with the project team using a structured, project-based approach.
You develop business cases based on identified opportunities and improvement initiatives, creating a strong foundation to gain support from both customers and management for proposed changes.
In this role, you will report directly to the Site Project Manager and collaborate closely with Site Management Team members, Shift Managers, and Team Leaders across the site.

- A competitive starting salary between €3.361, - and €4,495, - with growth opportunities up to €5.101, - gross per month. Depending on your knowledge and experience
- You are entitled to 25 vacation days based on a full-time working week
- 8% holiday pay, calculated on your gross salary.

What is DHL Supply Chain looking for in a new Process Engineer?
- You have completed an HBO-level education, preferably in a logistics-related field
- You have several years of experience with project-based work in a similar role and logistics environment
- You have affinity with or experience in process optimization; knowledge of Continuous Improvement is an advantage
- You are a strong personality who can implement changes in a positive way and clearly explain the reasoning behind them to management, customers, and warehouse operators
- You have strong analytical skills
- You are ambitious and see opportunities for improvement in every challenge
- A good command of the English language (both written and spoken) is required
