We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 5,200 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. You will interact with people from all over the world and get the chance to a truly international organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales Support team, ensuring high performance and employee engagement.
  • Set team objectives, conduct performance reviews, and provide regular coaching and mentoring.
  • Manage workload planning, task allocation, training, and resource coordination to ensure business continuity.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and sales performance analytics (e.g., Sales360, hit ratio, open opportunities).
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of standard and ad-hoc reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate partner registration processes, onboarding support activities, and sales administration tasks.
  • Support pricing activities by gathering, structuring, and sharing information with product owners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with European sales teams and cross-functional departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
  • Drive process standardization, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs, service quality, deadlines, and operational performance, ensuring timely escalation of issues when required.
  • Support business cases, market analysis, customer reporting, and presentation preparation for management reviews.
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders when needed.
  • Participate in efficiency and cost-optimization projects while promoting best practices across the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience in Sales Support, Business Support, Reporting, or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong people management, coaching, and performance management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Process improvement mindset with a focus on quality, standardization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working with reporting and CRM systems is an advantage.
