As the APAC lead for the Inbound to Manufacturing (I2M) product, you will drive the expansion of a €1.5bn+ business by shaping product strategy, accelerating growth beyond the Automotive sector, and positioning I2M as a key enabler of new customer acquisition and manufacturing opportunities.

Being part of the I2M Global Team you will be working closely with global, regional, and country stakeholders, you'll define and execute the I2M growth strategy across APAC, partner with Business Development teams on strategic pursuits, and act as the subject matter expert helping customers unlock value through innovative supply chain solutions. You'll own the development of sales tools, value propositions, and market strategies while building I2M capability across the region through coaching, education, and stakeholder engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep supply chain and manufacturing expertise with strong commercial acumen, enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, and is passionate about turning strategy into growth. Your key accountabilities include:

Key Accountabilities

Strategy & Business Growth

  • Support the development and execution of the APAC I2M strategy to drive growth, profitability, and customer retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across countries, sectors, and target accounts.
  • Drive financial growth and expansion of the I2M product portfolio.
  • Contribute to cross-regional projects, partnering with APAC customers as they grow their presence into other regions and markets.

Business Development & Customer Engagement

  • Partner with Business Development teams to strengthen I2M sales opportunities and value propositions.
  • Lead and support strategic, transformational, and cross-country customer pursuits.
  • Engage with customers through workshops, solution development, and growth planning initiatives.

Product & Capability Development

  • Accelerate the rollout of I2M solutions and share best practices across the region.
  • Develop and maintain sales tools, collateral, benchmarks, and supporting resources.
  • Drive the continued growth and enhancement of I2M and VMI solutions.

Community & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and develop an APAC network of I2M experts to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent I2M messaging across the region and globally.
  • Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and external partners to support strategic objectives.

What are we looking for from you?

Essential Experience

  • Proven business development experience within supply chain or logistics.
  • Strong expertise in Inbound to Manufacturing (I2M) solutions and operations.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a complex regional or global matrix environment.
  • Experience working across multiple countries within the APAC region.
  • Collaborative and consultative approach with strong process orientation.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of the Inbound to Manufacturing business model and industry.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working effectively in multicultural and diverse environments.
  • Existing network within DHL Supply Chain or the wider supply chain industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, and Salesforce.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
