Responsibilities

1. Plan, control, and manage transportation operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Lead and supervise the transportation team, drivers, and related personnel to achieve operational efficiency and service excellence.
3. Monitor and control transportation costs while analyzing and implementing continuous process improvements.
4. Track, evaluate, and report team performance, including the establishment and monitoring of relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
5. Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transportation operations.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards, transportation regulations, and all applicable legal and company requirements.
7. Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and present findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. 3-5 years in transport/logistics operations with leadership experience.
3. Strong knowledge of fleet management and transport operations.
4. Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
5. Fluent in Thai and able to communicate in English.
