We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 5,200 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. You will interact with people from all over the world and get the chance to a truly international organization.

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist who will support key employee lifecycle processes and contribute to a positive employee experience. The role has a strong focus on recruitment coordination after sourcing, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement activities, internal communication, and being a trusted first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions.

Your main responsibilities

• Recruitment coordination: Coordinate recruitment processes after sourcing, including interview organization, candidate communication, feedback follow-up, cooperation with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition, and related administration to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Employee lifecycle support: Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, prepare relevant communication and documentation, follow up on required steps, and support employees and managers throughout key HR processes.

• Employee engagement and HR communication: Act as a key HR contact for employees, support HR-related questions, and prepare employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, events, internal communication materials, reporting, and process improvement activities.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator,or similar HR role.
• Good understanding of HR processes, especially recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and HR communication.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with employees and managers at different levels.
• Accurate, structured, proactive, and service-oriented way of working, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Fluent English skills and confident MS Office knowledge; HR system experience is an advantage.
