Regional Accounting Hub Lead

We are looking for an experienced Regional Hub Lead to establish, lead, and continuously improve a regional accounting hub, ensuring excellence in financial operations, governance, compliance, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, setup, and ongoing management of the Regional Accounting Hub
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data across the region
- Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, statutory reporting, tax reporting, and financial statement preparation
- Partner closely with Country and Regional CFOs to ensure effective financial governance and control
- Coordinate internal and external audits and act as the primary point of contact for auditors
- Drive adherence to global finance standards, controls, and best practices
- Foster a strong culture of compliance, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement
- Champion transformation initiatives and support large-scale change management programs
- Develop meaningful performance metrics and engage stakeholders through regular business reviews
- Lead, coach, and inspire managers, team leaders, and finance professionals across the hub
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience within finance and accounting
- 8+ years of experience in a Shared Service Center / Business Services environment
- Proven success in leading large accounting operations and international teams
- Significant experience managing finance transformations, transitions, and change programs
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance, governance, and risk management
- Demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrix organization
