Role Purpose
The Global Data and Process Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of operational data and business processes across global functions for the Pfizer Control Tower.
This role drives governance frameworks, standardization, and continuous improvement while enabling operational standardization, system integration, and process excellence across regions. It acts as a critical bridge between Operations, Product, IT, and Customers, enabling scalable, compliant, and efficient Control Tower solutions with a strong focus on digital integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Governance & Compliance
- Establish and enforce global data governance standards, policies, and procedures for Pfizer Shipments
- Monitor data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems and regions
- Identify data risks and implement corrective and preventive measures
- Process Compliance & Standardization
- Define and maintain global standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure adherence to standardized processes across business units and regions
- Conduct process compliance reviews, audits, and gap assessments
- Drive harmonization of processes to improve efficiency and reduce deviations
- Integration, Data & Digital Enablement
- Own and drive customer system integration initiatives between customer platforms, DHL systems, and Control Tower solutions
- Lead TRAX invoicing integration design, implementation, and optimization, ensuring accurate rating, billing flows
- Ensure seamless integration between Shipment booking/events (Atlas flow), Invoice (TRAX flow) and connected platforms (e.g., CW1, EDI flows)
- Act as business lead for integration requirements, translating operational, financial, and invoicing needs into IT-ready specifications
- Define and govern global data models supporting Control Tower operations, compliance reporting
- Partner with IT teams to support multi-country integration design, UAT, deployment, and stabilization
- Monitor integration performance, proactively resolving data mismatches, billing discrepancies, and system interface issues
- Drive automation and digitization of invoicing workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Continuous Improvement & Transformation
- Drive process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights
- Support digital transformation and automation programs
- Implement best practices and industry standards
- Lead change management initiatives related to compliance, governance, and system adoption
- Program, Milestone & Stakeholder Management
- Manage global programs with defined milestones, timelines, dependencies, and measurable outcomes
- Ensure strong governance of risks, issues, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with Customer Digital Team, Operations Leaders, IT, Regional Control Tower teams, and GSC
- Act as a key interface between business, customer, and technology teams
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in data governance, compliance, and process management
- Deep understanding of systems, especially CW1, TRAX, and EDI integrations
- Expertise in invoicing flows, cost-to-bill processes, and financial data reconciliation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven capabilities in process re-engineering and operational standardization
- Program and project management experience across multi-region environments
- Ability to translate operational and financial requirements into scalable digital solutions

Experience & Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in data governance, process compliance, or integration roles
- Experience in global/multi-region logistics or Control Tower environments
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, TRAX invoicing, CW1, and EDI frameworks
