Responsibilities

  • Calculate and provide report on site inventory performance based on agreed timeline with the Customer, Site Manager, Sector, and Country Leads.
  • Establish guideline on how to create cyle count plan and provide any special instruction as necessary
  • Immediately report to Site Manager, Sector and Country Inventory Lead any significant inventory variance
  • Promptly reply to customer queries relating to inventory, ensuring alignment with site management for the information that will be provideds
  • Drive thorough investigation of inventory variances particulary those with greatest impact on site performance and establish a process that ensures availability of records
  • Analyze data resulting from inventory counts to identify any areas that will either require improvement or amplification
  • Collaborate effectively with all necessary stakeholders to addres issues impacting inventory accuracy
  • Provide guidance and the necessary training to members of the team to ensure each individual understands their contribution to the overall attainment of KPI and is able to execute work based on the established expectations.
  • Support Site Mangement programs to attain operational and company-wide goals
  • Provide 1st level support for issues relating to DSC Warehouse Management System
  • Monitor ageing stock and request necessary depletion plan from the customer
  • Monitor damaged product inventory and collaborate with customer for the final disposition or disposal plan

Requirements

At least College graduate Experience in warehouse or logistics is an advantage Knowledgeable in inventory and warehouse management systems
Can start immediately and with complete government requirements
