Are you passionate about international trade compliance and risk management? We are looking for a highly motivated Global Compliance Analyst to join our team at DHL Supply Chain!
In this role, you will oversee critical compliance processes, including denied party screening, high-risk country shipment reviews, and controlled goods assessments, helping to safeguard the organization from regulatory and reputational risks. You will also monitor the effectiveness of the trade compliance program, provide insightful reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enabling compliant and efficient global trade operations.
Your key responsibilities include:
  • Communicating globally, you will be in close contact with colleagues in Europe, US, Malaysia, India
  • Review system-generated screening matches, document findings, and escalate confirmed or complex cases in line with SLAs.
  • Perform due diligence and sanctions screening using Case Management, Dow Jones, and other compliance platforms.
  • Conduct quality reviews of Level 1 assessments and perform detailed Level 2 investigations.
  • Maintain strong detailed knowledge of Denied Party Screening (DPS) processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Support automated and manual data intake processes, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Obtain and assess additional information from internal and external sources as needed.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on screening outcomes to key stakeholders.
  • Respond to user inquiries, resolve operational issues, and support system enhancements and testing activities.
  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Escalate and help resolve procedural, compliance, and governance-related issues.
  • Working in shifts – shift changes monthly (2 shifts: 5:00AM - 2:00PM, 2:00PM - 11:00PM)
What are we looking for from you?
  • Analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Passion for connecting the dots
  • Comfortable with a rotational schedule which can include 1st, 2nd shifts as well as weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
  • Solid in business English: the work is performed in English, so strong English command is a must. Basic language skills from the following languages are considered as a plus: Arabic Spanish, Russian, Mandarin Chinese language
  • Able to come to the office once a week
