Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews, advising on selection decisions, preparing salary proposals and job offers, ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Work closely with the team to develop and execute recruitment strategies and sourcing plans, focusing on building a strong talent pipeline and supporting mass hiring for new project launches across the country.

2. Employer Branding

  • Manage all external Talent Acquisition communications, including job advertisements, employer branding campaigns, the Management Trainee (MT) program, to maintain a professional image and positive perception among target audiences.
  • Stay updated on employer branding trends and recommend initiatives to strengthen DSC Vietnam’s long-term employer brand strategy.

3. TA/HR Projects

  • Align with the regional team in rolling out resourcing initiatives and projects to enhance local recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support company events, employee engagement activities and other tasks assigned by line manager.

4. Reporting and Analytics

  • Maintain and update the Talent Acquisition dashboard to support regional data requirements and reflect resourcing KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment agency and/or Talent Acquisition role in multinational working environment. Exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics/supply chain is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Result-oriented with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
  • Open to new ideas and willing to try different approaches for improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in English.
