About the Role
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading multiple operational and support functions within the Global Service Center, including Logistics-related services such as Road Freight and Beer, Wine & Spirits, as well as Business Support initiatives.
This role combines operational leadership, stakeholder management, process optimization, reporting and project implementation responsibilities. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, improve service performance, support strategic initiatives and ensure high levels of customer and stakeholder satisfaction across regional and global programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of specialists and associates, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, respect and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and manage operational performance through KPIs, service levels, productivity, quality standards, turnaround times and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Analyze resource allocation, workload distribution and capacity utilization to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Partners, customers and internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities, reducing complexity and increasing productivity.
- Define, document and standardize processes, roles, controls, KPIs and operating procedures.
- Analyze operational and business data to generate insights, dashboards and recommendations that support decision-making.
- Support and coordinate projects, transitions, process implementations, testing activities and operational handovers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, administrative requirements and quality standards.
- Lead escalation management and provide timely resolution for complex operational issues.
- Promote accurate system utilization, reporting governance and data integrity.Support automation, reporting enhancement and digital transformation initiatives where applicable.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Logistics or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience leading teams in Logistics, Shared Services, Operations, Business Support, Customer Service or related environments.
- Experience managing KPIs, productivity, quality metrics and resource planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives and operational transformations.
- Experience in project coordination, process implementations, transitions or continuous improvement activities is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or other reporting tools is desirable.
- High level of English, written and spoken.
- Strong communication, planning, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
