We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow App Engine Developer (Technical Lead) to design, build, and evolve enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on leveraging App Engine Studio, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub to deliver modern digital solutions, automated workflows, and intuitive employee experiences. You will lead the technical design and development of custom applications, driving innovation while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

Grow together

• Build custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow development frameworks
• Design and implement workflow solutions using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and custom application components
• Design and configure modern user experiences using UI Builder, Workspaces, Employee Center, and Service Portal
• Create reusable UI components, pages, and experiences aligned with business requirements and UX best practices
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems through REST APIs, SOAP services, and IntegrationHub spokes
• Support mobile-first and employee-centric experiences using ServiceNow's low-code capabilities

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio
• Experience building applications with UI Builder, Workspaces, and Employee Center
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow data modeling
• Advanced JavaScript development skills and ServiceNow scripting framework experience
• Experience designing enterprise-grade integrations using REST and SOAP APIs

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with UI Builder, Employee Center, Mobile App Builder, and Next Experience UI
• Experience designing digital employee experiences and self-service portals
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and responsive application development
