DHL Express Laos Sole Company Limited is looking for motivated persons to fill its vacancy of the Operation Team leader.
Operation Team leader: (01 Position)
Nature & Scope of the Job:
Nature & Scope of the Job:
- Lead and supervise daily operations, including shipment handling and delivery coordination
- Monitor and drive team performance to achieve operational KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, productivity, service quality)
- Ensure compliance with DHL operational procedures, safety, and security standards
- Manage manpower planning, shift allocation, and workload distribution
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid service disruptions
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations/logistics, with supervisory exposure
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of operations processes and KPI management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good command of English and Lao
