At DHL Supply Chain Valencia Center of Excellence (Alfafar), we're looking for a Data Analyst Lead who is passionate about transforming data into business value and driving continuous improvement across complex international logistics operations.

What will you do?

As our Data Analyst Lead, you will play a key role in designing and improving business processes through data-driven insights, advanced reporting and automation solutions.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team of Data Analytics professionals
  • Driving business process design and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced international environment
  • Master Data Management for your designated Accounts
  • Data Quality Management
  • Developing impactful dashboards, reports and presentations to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Collaborating closely with IT teams on database design, data modelling and reporting architecture.
  • Support implementation for new Accounts in Data Analytics workstream
  • Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across operational systems
  • Promoting innovation through analytics, automation and digital solutions

Required qualifications

University degree, preferably in Engineering or a related discipline

Proven experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence environments

Experience leading projects and coordinating stakeholders

Strong background in Business Process Design & Analysis

Knowledge of KPI frameworks and performance management methodologies

Experience working across multiple contracts, operations or complex business environments

Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
