Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional logistics and warehouse projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Manage customer onboarding, warehouse start-ups, network expansions, and operational change initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, IT, transport, commercial, and customer teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
• Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and financial performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, safety regulations, and operational best practices.
• Support solution design, resource planning, and process standardization across warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 Years of experience in warehouse operations and project management within a 3PL or contract logistics environment.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in warehouse implementations, customer transitions, and process improvement projects.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Written and Spoken Mandarin is an added advantage
