We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Administrator: Warehouse. In this position you will play a crucial role to support our vision of becoming a Great place to work for all.
Role Outline
To carry out duties to agreed level of performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes in the GRA department. To validate accuracy of claims according to the company's processes and standards confirm claims through an excellent customer focused network.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure credits are processed correctly
- Returns – Processing Uplifts and Transfers correctly.
- Complete loading sheet as per Order reported for loading
- Update Shift handover stats
- Assist with MHE issues
- Uplifts – Ensuring all uplifts are credited to customers and filed
- Run daily outstanding POD report
- Run daily outstanding Uplift/Credit reports
- Run daily Unscanned Reports
- Perform administrative tasks in line with the SOP which encompasses reconciliation of all invoices, verification of store claims against invoice quantities and pack description
- Investigate all stock not allocated, return all labels in the returns cage and follow up
- Sign relevant documentation with regards to consignment (for example returns note, XPS waybills ect.)
- Reports all issues and problems to Inventory Administator
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required
- Carrying out duties, as per standing operating procedures and safe working practices
- Appropriately investigate claims and action accordingly
- Communicate Uplift, TSP Transfers and invoice queries to relevant parties and Inventory Administrator
- Ensure that queries raised by KC are communicated to the relevant depots and feedback given to KC and DHL
- Ensure capture error queries are resolved and sent to Inventory Administrator
- Comply with company policies and industry regulations
- Document Management
- Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
Requirements
· Matric
· Tertiary qualification desirerable
· 2-year experience in a similar role and environment
