DHL Express (Fiji) Pte Ltd invites applications for the above position based at the Suva Office.

What this job entails :

• Manage an assigned customer portfolio and achieve monthly collection targets and DSO objectives.
• Proactively follow up outstanding balances and negotiate timely payment arrangements with customers.
• Monitor aged debt, overdue accounts and potential bad debt in line with DHL credit policies.
• Process and reconcile customer payments, resolve unapplied cash and maintain accurate SAP records.
• Liaise with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Imports and SSC to resolve issues impacting collections.
• Maintain strong customer relationships while supporting credit holds, escalations, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates must possess the following skills and qualities:

• High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
