The core responsibilities of this role include: Run equipment such as conveyors, palletizers, wrappers, forklifts, or other material-handling machines. Keep production/warehouse equipment supplied with materials and report equipment problems. Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operating standards.
Position: Second (2nd) Shift Forklift Operator
Shift: 3:00pm –; 1:30am, Wednesday - Saturday
Pay: $23.25 per hour
Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly performance and safety incentive bonuses!

Machine Operator Role Profile
Role Purpose:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operation of the screening, grinding, and packing system. Also responsible for understanding all quality specifications associated with the machinery and operating equipment in compliance with those standards. Must accurately maintain logs and data sheets associated with work orders and equipment. The role reports directly to the shift supervisor. The role must also be able to perform any and all responsibilities associated with the Machine Operator II role.
Key Accountabilities:
- Operate screening, grinding and packing equipment.
- Load, unload and clear product out of hopper trucks and rail cars.
- Accurately maintain logs and data sheets associated with work orders and equipment.
- Keep appropriate records and reports for production and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain all quality specifications associated with the machinery and operating equipment.
- Operate systems to achieve production goals set by the supervisor.
- Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
- Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
- Occasionally move products and materials using a forklift.
- Perform any other duties as instructed by management.
Required Education and Experience:
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
- Three months warehouse experience, preferred
- Six months forklift operation experience, preferred
