As we continue to grow and expand within our Technology & Service Logistics sector, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and driven operational leaders for a potential National Operations Manager opportunity based in Melbourne. This exciting opportunity would see you leading operations across a portfolio of key customer account, while playing a critical role in supporting the onboarding and growth of new business within a dynamic and fast-evolving industry. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, promoting standardisation across the sector, and leading the successful implementation of new business opportunities. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will deliver innovative solutions that enhance performance, create value, and strengthen customer partnerships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the growth of operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Provide expert knowledge and experience in specialised operational requirements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide direction and leadership for the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Utilise in-depth commercial acumen to identify opportunities for profitable growth and implement strategies that enhance operational performance.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, delivering innovative solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Oversee new business implementations, ensuring successful integration and operation of services.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance and engagement.
- In-depth commercial acumen with experience in managing profitable growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
