We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who can work across the complete technology stack, from frontend and backend development to infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, and AI-enabled engineering.

The ideal candidate is an engineering all-rounder with deep expertise in enterprise full-stack development and a strong ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions. The candidate will work closely with product teams, engineering teams, business stakeholders, customers, and platform specialists to design, build, integrate, and deploy intelligent enterprise solutions.

This is not purely advisory, AI, or proof-of-concept role. The successful candidate is expected to remain highly hands-on, contribute production-quality code, resolve complex technical challenges, and take end-to-end ownership of solution delivery.

The role will involve rapid prototyping and iterative solution development, often in environments where requirements are evolving. Candidates should be comfortable navigating evolving requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, validating ideas through prototypes, and turning concepts into scalable enterprise solutions.

1. Full-Stack Solution Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across frontend and backend technologies.
• Build secure APIs, microservices, and user interfaces using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, and Node.js.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

2. Enterprise Product Development and Delivery

• Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, from solution design through production deployment and support.
• Design and implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise applications, platforms, and data ecosystems.
• Deliver production-ready solutions that meet enterprise requirements for scalability, reliability, and compliance.

3. AI-Assisted Engineering and Intelligent Automation

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity and solution quality.
• Apply AI, traditional automation, or hybrid approaches based on business needs, risk, and technical suitability.
• Validate AI-generated outputs through appropriate testing, governance, and human oversight.

4. Agentic AI and LLM Solutions

• Design and implement AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, and tool-calling frameworks.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and business workflows.
• Ensure responsible, secure, and reliable use of AI technologies in production environments.

5. DevOps, Cloud and Infrastructure Engineering

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and cloud-native solutions.
• Deploy and operate applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Support monitoring, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and operational excellence.

6. Technical Leadership and Collaboration

• Collaborate effectively with developers, architects, product teams, business stakeholders, and customers.
• Provide technical leadership, contribute to architecture decisions, and help resolve complex technical challenges.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

7. Product and Engineering Feedback

• Identify opportunities to improve products, platforms, and engineering processes through real-world delivery experience.
• Contribute reusable patterns, automation, and best practices that accelerate future implementations.
• Drive continuous innovation across software engineering, DevOps, and AI capabilities.

Professional Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in enterprise application and product development.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and delivering production-grade enterprise solutions.
• Experience owning solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
• Comfortable working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments.

Full-Stack Development

• Expert-level experience in Java, Spring Boot or Node.js, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Strong frontend expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, secure coding, API design, performance optimization, testing, and code quality.
• Demonstrated expertise across both frontend and backend development.

AI Engineering

• Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, model selection, RAG, and agentic AI solutions.
• Ability to identify when AI, automation, or a hybrid approach is most appropriate.
• Understanding of AI governance, validation, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.

DevOps, Cloud & Infrastructure

• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployments.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, logging, deployment automation, and production support.

Data & Integration

• Strong experience with relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
• Experience in database design, SQL, data integration, and performance optimization.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, product, architecture, engineering, security, and operations teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on, ownership-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Experience working with global and customer-facing teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and software governance.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and incident management.
• Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership.
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
