Job Title: Workforce Development Specialist Lead, CCMEP Location: Cincinnati, OH, 45206 POSITION SUMMARY: The CCMEP Team Lead is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to CCMEP Case Managers to ensure the effective delivery of workforce development services. This role oversees daily operations, ensures compliance with program requirements and policies, and fosters a collaborative and high-performing team environment. The Team Lead serves as a key resource for staff, assists with training and mentoring, monitors program outcomes, and works closely with management to achieve program goals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Coach and mentor CCMEP case managers, providing ongoing guidance and performance feedback. - Assign and monitor caseload distribution to ensure equitable workload and program compliance. - Review and approve case documentation, reports, and data entry for accuracy and timelines. - Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, review performance, and address challenges. - Assist with onboarding, training, and development of new staff. - Monitor outreach, enrollment, and engagement activities to ensure program targets are met. - Ensure compliance with all CCMEP policies, state regulations, and funding requirements. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare progress reports, and communicate outcomes to management. - Serve as a liaison between frontline staff and management, communicating needs, barriers, and best practices. - Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture that emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and professional growth. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, Education, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in workforce development, case management, or related field. - Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of CCMEP program requirements, workforce development practices, and case management standards. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to motivate and guide staff while fostering teamwork. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software (Visions, ARIES, or similar). - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. WORKING CONDITIONS: - Physical requirements include visual/hearing acuity, strength, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical tasks. - Training and certifications in CPR/First Aid may be required. - Work is performed with adults with disabilities in various settings. - Minimal exposure to hazardous chemicals and contagious conditions.
