Position Summary: The Individual Giving Officer is a member of the Advancement team and is responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase, diversify, and sustain mid-level and major gifts from individuals for Easterseals Redwood’s programs in the service areas of Military & Veterans, Disabilities, and Workforce Development. This position’s primary focus is generating revenue from individual donors, the largest source of philanthropic funds for the organization. The Individual Giving Officer is responsible for stewarding existing donor relationships and prospecting for new support through research and outreach. The ideal candidate is a relationship-oriented professional who can connect donors to the mission of Easterseals Redwood, leading to increased retention, acquisition, and giving.
