Overview: The Application Developer will focus on partnering with business units to understand their operational workflows, configuration requirements, and business needs within the suite of business applications, workflow applications, and CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise and a passion for improving business processes through technology. Essential Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to workflows, configurations, and business processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom features, workflows, integrations, and enhancements within business applications and platforms.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and application functionality.
- Configure and customize workflow, CRM, and other platforms and applications to align with business objectives.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues and user inquiries.
- Document application configurations, workflows, and development processes.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in application development, workflow, automation, and CRM technologies.
Education and Experience: - High school diploma, or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience as an Application Developer (or like positions)
- Proven experience in application development, such as enterprise applications, custom applications, low code/no code platforms, workflows, automations, and CRM..
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and data migration.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to guide business units in workflow designs
- Exceptional rapport-building skills with business and development teams
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based application development.
- Understanding data privacy and security best practices.
