About the position:
Reports To: District Administrator
Status: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 40 hours a week
Purpose: Using current best practices in education and behavioral science, the Education Coordinator will develop, deliver, and assess innovative education programs that support specific conservation outcomes approved by the District Director and Board of Supervisors.
The Education Coordinator will collaborate with community partners to inspire and empower audiences of all ages to take individual and collective action for conservation in Clermont County.
With an eye toward continuous improvement, ongoing professional development is an expectation via webinars, research articles, and networking.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred, in science, environmental studies, environmental education, conservation psychology, or related field required.
