Hamilton County Public Health is accepting applications for the Director of Epidemiology and Assessment in the Department of Community Health Services. Requirements include: Master’s Degree in Epidemiology, Public Health or related field, 2 years management experience and strong analytical skills. Five years of experience in Healthcare, Public Health or related field preferred. Data collection, storage, and analysis experience a must. Job duties included but are not limited to:- Supervise day-to-day activities of Epidemiology and Assessment Division staff; manage division budget, program activities and grant deliverables- Oversee Epidemiology division and related activities in areas of infectious disease, injury prevention, maternal child health, and coordinate general epidemiology activities in support of agency programs and processes- Directs the preparation of monthly reports- Collaborate with local and state public health colleagues, community agencies, and local academic institutions- Provide support for public health emergencies This is an exempt position.
