Interstate Utility Trailer is seeking an experienced Truck and Trailer Body / Paint Technician to start up our brand new Sellersburg IN shop.

Responsibilities for a Truck and Trailer Body Paint Technician::
  • Welding
  • Body Repair / Painting Experience
  • Sandblast, prep and sand truck chassis, bodies, trailers, and equipment surface for painting
  • Repair and replace all types of aluminum, fiberglass, plastic body parts, adjust, and modify all heavy-duty body components
  • Make every effort to achieve the production objectives set by management.
  • Adhere to the manufacturer’s policies and procedures as they relate to labor operations, time, and repair order documentation when performing warranty repairs and torque specifications.
  • Any other duties as outlined by the Service Supervisor and or management.
Qualifications for a Truck and Trailer Body Paint Technician::
  • Must have prior body repair and painting experience
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
  • Teammate with a strong sense of dedication to the customer and service team
  • Self-motivated and professional
  • Must be able to work independently
