  • Mobility & Posture: Ability to sit, stand, stoop, or kneel for extended periods to perform repairs or inspections.
  • Manual Dexterity: Frequent reaching with arms and hands to access equipment or components.
  • Strength: Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
  • Self-Management: Ability to work independently without direct supervision in the field
