POSITION PURPOSE As our Paid Ad Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing JBM’s digital advertising strategy and execution. You’ll develop, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms to help our brand connect with new audiences and achieve meaningful results. This role will completely own the paid media landscape for JBM’s portfolio. We are looking for a passionate digital marketer who has experience in Google Ads, Paid Social channels, and Amazon Marketing Services. This position will be given the opportunity to work closely to grow our paid media strategy and execute revenue-generating campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Amazon advertising, a deep knowledge of PPC and DSP platforms, and strong analytical skills. This position requires you to hit the ground running and the ability to work from experience is critical. This position is based at our Lebanon office with the option to work remotely up to 10%. THE CHALLENGE - Ability to work across multiple content management platforms for deployment of advertising campaigns across a range of accounts.
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders in the planning, development and execution of paid media campaigns for various products/services.
- Oversee day-to-day budget management of multiple ad accounts with similar KPI goals, ensuring accurate pacing in accordance with business objectives.
- Leverage platform tools and analytics to ensure relevant data is fed up to leadership.
- Understand brand target audiences and develop effective campaigns to acquire new customers and meet revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain a campaign A/B testing process that will allow for creative ideas to be measured within a pilot program before activation.
- Take ownership of campaign performance reporting by sharing actionable insights with the team, and develop strategies for optimization, growth and new opportunities.
YOUR KNOW-HOW - Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations MarTech tools and systems.

- Approximately 5 years of experience managing successful campaigns in Amazon, Google Ads, and LinkedIn ad systems.
- Google & Microsoft Advertising certifications.
- Creative spirit towards product marketing.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organization and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of A/B testing principles, optimization and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and draw actionable insights for reporting/planning/budgeting.
NICE-TO-HAVES - Manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience working with an advertising agency.
