| Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical) – 1st Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: $32.00 – $42.00 per hour What You’ll Do - Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics for troubleshooting
- Work with PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement long-term solutions
- Use diagnostic tools such as digital and analog meters
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using a computerized maintenance system
- Support installation, modification, and improvement of equipment
- Assist with facility maintenance including basic plumbing, fabrication, and repairs
- Follow all safety procedures
Must Have - 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a strong electrical focus
- Experience with industrial motion control and power distribution systems
- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical diagrams
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls
- Strong mechanical aptitude (gears, chains, belts, bearings, etc.)
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
- High level of craftsmanship and pride in work
- Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have - Associate degree or higher in Electro-Mechanical or related field
- Experience in manufacturing or packaging environments
- Experience working with envelope folding machines
- Welding, machining, or fabrication experience
- Experience with compressed air, vacuum, or hydraulic systems

- Occasional after-hours call-ins (minimum 4-hour compensation)
Physical Requirements - Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
