About this Role:
- The Compensation Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation programs that support the strategic goals of Employ. This role requires a strategic leader who can develop and execute strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent, ensuring that our rewards offerings are competitive and aligned with the company’s objectives.
What You’ll Do:

- Develop and implement a forward-thinking total rewards strategy, including compensation, and recognition programs, aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Develop, design and administer base salary structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Conduct regular market analyses and benchmarking studies to ensure our total rewards offerings remain competitive within the industry.
- Ensure that all compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about the value and components of the total rewards package.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the total rewards budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources and maximizing the return on investment.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure that compensation programs are equitable and inclusive, supporting the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Lead change management efforts related to compensation programs, helping employees understand and adapt to new offerings and policies.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth and development.
What You’ll Bring:

- 7+ years of experience in compensation with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Relevant certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) are a plus.
- Experience in SaaS and Private Equity, and familiarity with their unique compensation and needs.
- Advanced skills in HRIS systems (ADP) and compensation analysis tools such as Radford and Pave are a plus.
