As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you'll assist customers with product inquiries, provide best practices, and ensure they have an excellent experience with Employ. No prior experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn!


What
you will be doing:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or ticket, providing friendly and helpful guidance.
  • Assist customers in navigating our products, referring more complex issues to the appropriate teams. Guide new customers through onboarding, helping them access training and resources for a smooth start.
  • Build relationships with customers, listening to their needs, addressing concerns, and fostering loyalty. Continuously learn about our products, stay updated on new features, and host live sessions to educate customers and support their success.
  • Gather customer feedback and sharing insights with the team to improve products and services.
    Assist in identifying opportunities to increase retention and strengthen overall customer health.
